Our Guru, who opened "Sangameshwara Trust" was born in Kushtgi Taluk, Koppal (D). He had immense devotion and love towards God and a good heart to lend a helping hand to everyone. He used to go to the Adi Basavanna temple hiding from his father to provide food and water to the needy. He did his basic schooling and left school at the age of 13, when he went to Sajjalagudda and became a student of Shri Sharanamma at her ashram.

He strived for 12 years to open a high school for students from the Ashram at Sajjalagudda. And being a 'Karmayogi', all that he earned, gave it to the ashram, by giving all the food ingredients that he begged for the ashram and also the land that he owned he donated in Ashram's name.

He initiated to open a high school in Raichur city for the poor and backward students and made a trust to our name, 'Sangameshwara Trust' and we are walking in his path, trying to help poor and needy by giving them the required education to sustain their living, at Shaktinagar, Raichur.
