Sri Sangameshwara Education and Rural Social Welfare Trust was established in the year 2004-05, it was a small step taken towards helping the people from villages an inspiring initiative taken up by our president Mr. Sanganna Muttyagudi who began our organization to work towards resolving the small issues faced by a community. According to him, the main purpose is to build a good society, by inspiring and Encouraging women of these villages to work for their own and their family's betterment. We started as an organization by creating just 05 self-help groups in Sajjalagudda village in Lingasguru taluka of Raichur. Later on the SHGs we created expanded and were able to get themselves loans sanctioned by banks and progress towards better living. In the years 2012-13, we started a Higher primary school that provides education to 150 poor and backward-class students at Sajjalagudda Village, Raichur, Karnataka.
